Last Record Survey
These are surveys that are carried out prior to profound change in order to provide a final record of a building or group of buildings/structures. These are often pre-demolition surveys for dangerous structures or ruinous buildings or those that for justified reasons, cannot be preserved in-situ. Last Record Surveys are normally carried out for non-protected structures which may be of some historical interest and thus warrant preservation by record.
