As-Built Measured Survey
As-built survey makes a record of a property in its current state. It is useful in advance of conservation works or other works where there will be a material change to that structure. It can also be undertaken after works have been completed to record what has been carried out and the materials used. This can verify that the work authorised was completed according to the plans and particulars submitted and in compliance with the relevant planning conditions and built heritage regulations. This type of survey can also be accompanied by rectified photography, which is ideal for recording the detail of large structures or complexes.
We have provision to carry out digital measured surveys using the latest technology. This can be applied to earthworks, upstanding buildings or other freestanding structures. We also carry out detailed hand-drawn baseline surveys, where requested by the authorities.
